Emil McMahon aka mrhaircare recently spent the day with the entire Yazz Hair team at the launch of a year-long programme of development and training.
The topics covered in the days session included:
- How to develop core skills to maintain the high levels of hairdressing.
- Customer service offered at the three Yazz Salons.
- Information on how to develop awareness of the Yazz brand and building client loyalty through the use of social media and communication.
It was an action packed day with lots of interaction that set the scene for a productive and energising year of activities all designed to help everyone achieve their goals this year.
The aims and objectives of the training plan have been set and the team left the day energised and focussed.
