I’ve been visiting Yazz Number One Hair Salon in Rawdon for some years now and the experience is always nothing short of fantastic. So with Christmas party season here, I guessed there was no better time than a few days ago to get booked in for my usual cut and colour.

As always, I was greeted with a huge smile by the team as I entered the beautiful salon. And in just minutes I was sitting down with a cuppa in hand ready for my consultation with the lovely Yasmin.

Yas has done my usual all-over red shade for around a year now but after having a quick look at the colour chat I opted for a purple/red for winter. I wasn’t disappointed, of course, with the end result being a beautifully glossy colour that perfectly complemented my skin tone.

Yasmin also applied a nourishing colour treatment, before rinsing my newly-dyed locks and giving my hair a much-needed trim. And with a few festive drinks with friends on the horizon, I was over the moon with my new Christmassy do.

I left the salon feeling as pleased as punch and ready to get my party frock on and head out for the night.
