CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time. Any cancellations or rescheduling made within less than 24 hours, or if you miss the appointment without notice, may result in a fee. The fee is £30 for each service element (or £10 for a consultation). For instance, not showing up for both a Cut & Finish and a colouring service may incur a £60 fee, subject to our discretion, and will be charged to your payment card.

SERVICES REFUND AND HAIR CORRECTION POLICY

Our goal is to deliver an outstanding client experience and uphold the highest standards. If you have any feedback or questions about your appointment, please reach out to the salon or yazzhair@live.co.uk within 7 days of your appointment.

We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly. Within 7 days, we can arrange for you to revisit the salon for a complimentary adjustment, full review, or hair assessment by one of our stylists. If, after this evaluation, we acknowledge that the service or outcome did not meet your expectations, we will provide a corrective service free of charge.

PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY

If you’ve had a change of heart and wish to return a product purchased from our salons, we may consider offering an exchange or a replacement within 7 days of the purchase date. This is contingent upon minimal usage at home, adherence to usage instructions, and subject to our absolute discretion.

FRINGE TRIM POLICY

We provide one complimentary fringe trim between haircuts. You can redeem this offer within 5 weeks after your last cut & finish service. To secure your preferred stylist, it’s recommended to call on the day for an appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome, but there might be a short wait. Please note that we can only trim fringes that were cut by your stylist during your last service at Yazz.

Skin Test Requirement for Colour Appointments

For your safety, a mandatory skin test must be completed at one of our salons at least 48 hours before your colour appointment.
