– To provide outstanding customer service throughout the Clients Salon Experience.
– Motivate a passionate and creative Award-Winning Team.
– Managing the Front of House, ensuring telephone and face to face appointments are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
– Taking bill payments and managing the booking appointment system.
– Promote brand awareness /Improve Salon Performance.
– Experience of working in a Salon environment is an advantage, however not essential as all necessary training will be provided.
– Working days and hours to be discussed at the interview stage.
