Team Building & Training – A great start to 2024 for the Yazz Team
Today’s Team Building day – learn to consult your way to achieving your goals was presented by Award winning Business coach and Mentor Salv Mule @Academy salons in Surrey – consisting of 5 luxury salons and an Education Centre.
Salv who is Italian, moved to England at the age of 17 when he started his Hairdressing journey and besides building up a fabulous business model has won the Director of the Year award at the BHA.
Today’s training consisted of presentations by Salv and group tasks by Leeds based Yazz Hair salons based in Rawdon & Guiseley. These tasks were beneficial and to show our understanding of what we had learnt as well as to open our minds to thinking and working differently in our workspace with our clients making for a closer-knit team in 2024.
