As a result of our commitment to the Matrix brand, Yazz were delighted to learn that we qualified for the annual ‘Club Matrix Salon Conference’ held in Vilamoura, Algarve Portugal.
Two members of our team were invited to attend – Paul Shakeshaft and one other. Paul decided to offer this fabulous opportunity to James, to recognise his continued loyalty to the Yazz brand.
The conference took
place in September 2010 over four days and three nights in the luxurious 5 star Tivoli Marina Hotel – situated on a private beach in front of Vilamoura’s famous marina, which is lined with chic restaurants, bars and boutiques. Coming alive at night the Marina is at the heart of the Algarves’s nightlife.
James had a fantastic time and said “The three days were packed with fresh ideas and excitement. Experiencing a 5 star lavish hotel, meeting great people and most importantly free drinks!! By day was a full schedule of energised learning and inspiration. By night – partying and a chance to rub shoulders with the hairdressing elite such as Errol Douglas and Janie Stevens. The trip’s finale was set on a secret island full of small islands with a magical ‘ice white’ themed show and closing party! Amazing styles. Fresh images. Great hangover. Inspired!”
