Yazz Academy Students attend the Woodhouse Grove School Careers Fair
[envira-gallery id=”3482″]Yazz Academy NVQ Level 3 girls demonstrating some skills at Wood House Grove School, for their careers event last night.
The event took the form of a market place style fair so that parents and students can walk round and talk to the professions they are most interested in.
Woodhouse Grove Careers Fair was open to all pupils in years 9 to 13 and their parents on Monday 14 March 2016 from 4pm – 7.30pm.
This market style event gave them the opportunity to talk to representatives from numerous professions, colleges and Universities to discuss potential careers and the opportunities available to them.
Karen Bunney, Academy Educator from Leeds based Yazz Hair Academy together with NVQ Level 3 students Stacy, Bethany & Aimee, were chatting with students and parents alike and demonstrated some excellent styling skills on Woodhouse Grove students hair.
It was a very motivational and fun evening. Thank you to everyone who made this event the huge success it was. 🙂
